TEAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with TEAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD2-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by TEAD2-low versus TEAD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
