TEAD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,819 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A16, DKKL1, and CD37. Each is linked with TEAD2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD2-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEAD2 versus SLC6A16 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
