TEAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 363 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG4C, KSR2, and MRPL42. Each is linked with TEAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD2-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATG4C grouped by TEAD2-low versus TEAD2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
