TEAD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,637 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFOX2, ASPN, and BACH2. Each is linked with TEAD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD1-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
