TDRD9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, P-Cadherin, and MEK1. Each is linked with TDRD9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD9-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TDRD9-low versus TDRD9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
