Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,614 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX58, IFIT3, and OAS3. Each is linked with TDRD7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD7-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD7 results are reported.
