TDRD7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,012 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM14, IFIH1, and PSMB9. Each is linked with TDRD7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD7-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
