TDRD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP2, FYB1, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with TDRD6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD6-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRD6 versus LCP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
