TDRD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,635 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD4, CCDC43, and VDAC2. Each is linked with TDRD6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD6-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHCHD4 grouped by TDRD6-low versus TDRD6-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
