TDRD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with TDRD6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD6-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by TDRD6-low versus TDRD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
