TDRD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,418 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INTS3, RPRD2, and C1orf35. Each is linked with TDRD5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD5-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRD5 versus INTS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
