Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 527 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TDRD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD1, POLA1, and PRPS2. Each is linked with TDRD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD5-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRD5 versus BRD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
