TDRD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, COMMD9, and AUNIP. Each is linked with TDRD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD5-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by TDRD5-low versus TDRD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
