Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TDRD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TDRD3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TDRD3 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TDRD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and LUSC are the cancer types where TDRD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
