TDRD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,080 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ESD, TOP3B, and ARHGEF7. Each is linked with TDRD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD3-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRD3 versus ESD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
