TDRD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,472 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC8, DHRS12, and MTRF1. Each is linked with TDRD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD3-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRD3 versus EXOSC8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
