TDRD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS3, C12orf65, and GHITM. Each is linked with TDRD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD3-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COPS3 grouped by TDRD3-low versus TDRD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
