Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TDRD12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TDRD12 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher TDRD12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TDRD12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC, CESC, and COAD are the cancer types where TDRD12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
