Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TDRD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and Heregulin. Each is linked with TDRD12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD12-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by TDRD12-low versus TDRD12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
