TDRD12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDRD12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 595 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD12-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2, OR2L5, and TRIML1. Each is linked with TDRD12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD12-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ2 grouped by TDRD12-low versus TDRD12-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
