The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TDRD10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TDRD10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, LUAD, and SCLC are the cancer types where TDRD10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
