TDRD10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,382 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VWF, HSPA12B, and C11orf96. Each is linked with TDRD10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD10-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRD10 versus VWF in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
