TDRD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P5, R3HCC1L, and MIR6877. Each is linked with TDRD10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD10-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P5 grouped by TDRD10-low versus TDRD10-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
