Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p27. Each is linked with TDRD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD10-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD10 results are reported.
