The most reproducible TDRD10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal conformational changes to generate catalytic conformation, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TDRD10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD10-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD10 results are reported.
