Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDRD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TDRD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPN, C6orf118, and DEFA4. Each is linked with TDRD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD10-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASPN grouped by TDRD10-low versus TDRD10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
