Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TDRD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TDRD1 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher TDRD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TDRD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCS, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where TDRD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
