TDRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3K-p110-a, EGFR_pY1173, and EGFR. Each is linked with TDRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD1-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PI3K-p110-a grouped by TDRD1-low versus TDRD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
