TDRD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDRD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,940 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRICKLE1, S100A2, and CALM3. Each is linked with TDRD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD1-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRD1 versus PRICKLE1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
