Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGIF2LX, VGLL2, and NCBP2L. Each is linked with TDRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRD1-to-partner and partner-to-TDRD1 results are reported.
