TDP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP4R3A, TRMT5, and PAPOLA. Each is linked with TDP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDP1-to-partner and partner-to-TDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDP1 versus PPP4R3A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
