TDP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, EGFR_pY1068, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with TDP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDP1-to-partner and partner-to-TDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by TDP1-low versus TDP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
