TDP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, SCGB2A1, and SPATA4. Each is linked with TDP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDP1-to-partner and partner-to-TDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by TDP1-low versus TDP1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
