TDO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 509 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF2B4, EIF3L, and DNAL4. Each is linked with TDO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDO2-to-partner and partner-to-TDO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDO2 versus EIF2B4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.86.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
