TDO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,749 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, CKS1B, and MCM10. Each is linked with TDO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDO2-to-partner and partner-to-TDO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by TDO2-low versus TDO2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
