TDO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP1-1, TGM7, and OR13C2. Each is linked with TDO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDO2-to-partner and partner-to-TDO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP1-1 grouped by TDO2-low versus TDO2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
