Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,538 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDGP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA localization, Mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with TDGP1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDGP1-to-partner and partner-to-TDGP1 results are reported.
