TDGF1P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDGF1P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,994 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDGF1P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle G2/M phase transition, Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with TDGF1P7 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDGF1P7-to-partner and partner-to-TDGF1P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell cycle G2/M phase transition grouped by TDGF1P7-low versus TDGF1P7-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDGF1P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDGF1P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
