Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDGF1P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,040 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TDGF1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with TDGF1P5 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDGF1P5-to-partner and partner-to-TDGF1P5 results are reported.
