The most reproducible TDGF1P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with TDGF1P5 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDGF1P5-to-partner and partner-to-TDGF1P5 results are reported.
