TDGF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDGF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDGF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RNA5SP416, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with TDGF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDGF1-to-partner and partner-to-TDGF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by TDGF1-low versus TDGF1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDGF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDGF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
