The most reproducible TCTN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ornithine metabolic process, Regulation of smoothened signaling pathway, and Ceramide metabolic process. Each is linked with TCTN3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTN3-to-partner and partner-to-TCTN3 results are reported.
