TCTN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCTN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,991 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, CFAP36, and IFT122. Each is linked with TCTN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTN2-to-partner and partner-to-TCTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCTN2 versus WDR35 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
