Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCTN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,540 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TCTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDH1B, PACRG, and TMEM231. Each is linked with TCTN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTN2-to-partner and partner-to-TCTN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCTN2 versus MDH1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
