Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCTN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,562 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cilium, Lipoprotein localization, and Cytokinesis. Each is linked with TCTN2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTN2-to-partner and partner-to-TCTN2 results are reported.
