TCTN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCTN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 504 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCMA, H2BC1, and H2AC1. Each is linked with TCTN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTN2-to-partner and partner-to-TCTN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UCMA grouped by TCTN2-low versus TCTN2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCTN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCTN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
