Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCTN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,298 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, IFT122, and IFT74. Each is linked with TCTN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTN1-to-partner and partner-to-TCTN1 results are reported.
