TCTN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCTN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,172 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP300, TTC25, and PACRG. Each is linked with TCTN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTN1-to-partner and partner-to-TCTN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
