Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TCTEX1D2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TCTEX1D2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TCTEX1D2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TCTEX1D2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, ESCA, and COAD are the cancer types where TCTEX1D2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
