Across TCGA cell cohorts, TCTE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,478 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Chromatin looping, and Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with TCTE3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTE3-to-partner and partner-to-TCTE3 results are reported.
