TCTE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCTE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,023 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT122, CROCC, and RFX2_S171. Each is linked with TCTE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTE1-to-partner and partner-to-TCTE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TCTE1 versus IFT122 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCTE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCTE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
